WE CREATE
We'll create a custom mock-up based on your submission within 1-2 business days.
REVIEW & APPROVE
We'll send your mock-up approval link to your order email. Please respond within 3 days to avoid delays.
WE PRINT & MAKE
Once approved, we'll print and produce your custom Kindle skin and ship it to you.

- Please monitor your inbox (and spam/junk folder).
- ⚠️ Delays in approval will delay your order being processed and shipped — please respond within 3 days.

- You can request changes to the placement or positioning of your design.
- However, the image you uploaded cannot be changed, replaced, or edited.
- Once approved, no further changes can be made before printing.

On your Kindle device:
Settings → Device Options → Device Info
Your Kindle model and generation will be displayed there.

Please ensure you select the correct Kindle model before placing your order, as each skin is precisely cut to fit a specific device.

Australia Only – We currently ship within Australia only.
Shipping Rates
• Standard Shipping: $10 AUD (estimated 2–6 business days)
• Express Shipping: $12 AUD (estimated 1–3 business days)
Processing Time – Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Tracking Included – Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect address details.
⏳ Please Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays caused by Australia Post, weather conditions, public holidays, or peak seasons are outside our control.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
At Tinker Lass Creatives, each item is carefully handmade and packed with care.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in their original condition.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect Kindle model selected by the customer
• Minor colour variations due to screen settings
• Slight handmade imperfections that do not affect functionality
Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
