Australia Only – We currently ship within Australia only.

Shipping Rates
• Standard Shipping: $10 AUD (estimated 2–6 business days)
• Express Shipping: $12 AUD (estimated 1–3 business days)

Processing Time – Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Tracking Included – Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect address details.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

At Tinker Lass Creatives, each item is carefully handmade and packed with care.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in their original condition.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect Kindle model selected by the customer
• Minor colour variations due to screen settings
• Slight handmade imperfections that do not affect functionality

Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
