We ship Australia wide. We currently don't offer international shipping but hope to in the future!

We offer two shipping options via Australia Post:

Standard Shipping — $10 (free over $60)

• Same state: 2-4 business days
• Interstate: 3-6 business days

Express Shipping — $12

• Same state: 1-2 business days
• Interstate: 1-3 business days

Please note orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipping.

Once your order is shipped you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number from Australia Post. Simply click the tracking link in the email to follow your delivery.

Please check your inbox including your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it. You can also track your order anytime at auspost.com.au using your tracking number.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $60 Australia wide. Express shipping is available for $12.

We accept refund requests within 7 days of delivery. Here's how it works:

1-2 items — no need to return the product. Simply contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll process your refund.

3 or more items — items must be returned before a refund is processed.

ZwapSkin — please ensure you select the correct device model before ordering. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect model selection as each skin is made specifically for your chosen device.

Custom orders — refunds are only accepted if the item arrives damaged. Please contact us with a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery.

Once your return request is approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Yes! We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us with your order number and we'll arrange an exchange for you. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost for exchanges.

Please note that ZwapSkin orders cannot be exchanged due to incorrect model selection as each skin is made specifically for your chosen device.

We offer ZwapSkin vinyl skins for a range of devices including Kindle, iPad, and more coming soon! Each skin is made specifically for your chosen device model so please make sure to select the correct model when ordering. Check our collections for the full list of available devices and models.

Yes! Simply peel, align carefully to your device and smooth into place.

We use two types of premium vinyl depending on the device:

Smaller devices (Kindle, Boox etc.) — We use removable vinyl that is easy to apply and remove, leaving little to no residue on your device.

Larger devices (iPad, Magic Keyboard etc.) — We use permanent vinyl for a stronger hold and longer lasting finish. Don't worry — it is still removable! Simply peel it off slowly and any small residue left behind can be easily cleaned off with a wet wipe.

ZwapSkin skins are designed to protect your device from everyday scratches and scuffs while giving it a personalised look. They are not a replacement for a full protective case so if you need complete drop and impact protection, we recommend pairing your ZwapSkin with a cover.

Yes! We love bringing your ideas to life. Here's how it works:

1. Select the Custom Order option in our collection and complete your purchase
2. Email us at tinkerlassau@gmail.com with your order number as the subject and attach your design
3. We require a high resolution (HD) image of your design to ensure the best print quality

Don't have a design ready? No worries! Message us on our social media to discuss your idea. We'll work on the design together and send you an approval before we start producing your ZwapSkin.

Please note custom orders are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged.

Our magnetic bookmarks are made of double sided photo paper and laminated with a 1mm magnet. Simply clip it onto your page — the two magnetic panels hold each other through the page keeping your spot secure without damaging or tearing your pages.

Our stickers are printed on premium waterproof vinyl making them durable and long lasting. Perfect for laptops, water bottles, notebooks, and more!

Our Kindle covers are designed to fit the Kindle Paperwhite and Kindle Colorsoft. They can also be used with the Kindle Basic but please note the fit may be slightly larger than intended.
