Returns & Refunds Policy

 

At Tinker Lass Creatives, every item is carefully handmade and packed with love in our Sydney studio. We take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely happy with your order.

Refunds

We accept refund requests within 7 days of delivery. Here's how it works:

  • 1–2 items — no need to return the product. Simply contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll process your refund promptly
  • 3 or more items — items must be returned to us in their original condition before a refund is processed
  • ZwapSkin orders — please ensure you select the correct device model before ordering. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect model selection, as each skin is made specifically for your chosen device
  • Custom orders — refunds are only accepted if the item arrives damaged. Please contact us with a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us with your order number and we'll arrange an exchange for you.

Please note:

  • All return and re-delivery shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to cover shipping fees for change of mind or incorrect model selection
  • ZwapSkin orders cannot be exchanged due to incorrect model selection, as each skin is made specifically for your chosen device
  • Shipping costs will only be covered by us if the item you received was faulty or incorrect on our end
