Shipping policy

At Tinker Lass Creatives, we ship all orders across Australia via Australia Post. We take care in packing every handmade item to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Where we ship

We currently ship Australia-wide only. We do not offer international shipping at this stage, but hope to in the future — stay tuned!

Processing time

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and packed before it is shipped. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping options & rates

We offer two shipping options via Australia Post:

Standard Shipping — $10 AUD (free on orders over $60)

  • Same state: 2–4 business days
  • Interstate: 3–6 business days

Express Shipping — $12 AUD

  • Same state: 1–2 business days
  • Interstate: 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control.

Free shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $60 AUD Australia-wide. Express shipping is available for a flat rate of $12 AUD regardless of order value.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number from Australia Post. Simply click the tracking link in the email to follow your delivery.

If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder. You can also track your order at any time by visiting auspost.com.au and entering your tracking number.

Shipping issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery — including delays, missing parcels, or damaged packaging upon arrival — please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to assist you and liaise with Australia Post on your behalf. Please note that once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes and outcomes are in the hands of Australia Post.
